New Process for Fall 2026 ~ No Fee Schedules, Please Read Below
PART 1 – EPYSA GotSport Team Registration
Initial Team Count: Register your teams directly into the official scheduling event: Fall 2026 (Schedule).
Public Listing: Completing this step establishes your initial team count and automatically posts your teams to the "Applied Teams" page.
Roster Management: Do not manually build rosters here. NCP will bulk-register all teams using the official source roster event for EPYSA (Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association / NCP 26/27 Official Roster). This source roster spans both Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 and is where all player and coach management must take place.
Update GotSport Venues: Navigate to the Venues section in your GotSport club account.
Accuracy Requirement: Add or update your club’s fields. Please ensure you provide a valid, accurate street address and/or precise GPS coordinates so referees and opposing teams can easily locate your fields.
Please send a list of teams with the designated home field name for scheduling to the registrar.
GotSport Invoicing: There is no fee schedule applied directly inside GotSport for team registration. GotSport will solely be used to track your total number of teams and log payments per club.
Payment Method: Please mail a physical check for your team registrations, any new bonds, and any outstanding fines or fees.
Deadline: All physical payments must be received by the official registration deadline.
PART 2 – EPYSA GotSport Roster Maintenance and Fees
Primary players are $17.50 each. Clubs will be invoiced for primary players after the second week of games. Verify your player count in GotSport matches the invoice. Manually review each team roster to count players explicitly marked as "P" (Primary). Report discrepencies to the registrar.
Spring Season Exception: Fall players who are returning for the spring season should not be counted on the fee schedule.
Deadline: Midnight of the 2nd Sunday of League Games.
After this deadline, rosters are locked, and no further player additions or routine game changes will be permitted.
3. Game Change Policy & Fees
Minimal Changes Allowed: Teams are expected to play their matches as scheduled. Teams are allowed two game changes: 1st $25 and 2nd $50. Teams are also allowed one emergency change for $200. Fees for games changes are posted on the fines webpage of the NCP website. These fines can be submitted at anytime.
Payable To: Make all checks payable to NORCENPENN. Send all payments directly to the League Registrar.
Deadlines: Ensure checks are postmarked or received by the specific dates listed on the official NCP Calendar.
