[Annual General Meeting]

Every year the league holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the organization. This years meeting will be held Sunday, November 22, 2026. This is a mandatory meeting for Club Presidents.  An elected officer of the Club may “sit in” for the President at the Annual Meeting. This is a yearly meeting for all active members. The meeting is mandatory for Club Presidents and NCP Board Members. Unexcused absence of a club president or a representative club board member will result in a fine and no vote on any of the issues from the agenda.
