[Registration Guide]
PART 1 – EPYSA GotSport Registration
Register with the official source roster for EPYSA ~ ie. Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association / NCP 23/24 Official Roster (This source roster is for fall and spring and where players and coaches are managed.)
Next register teams in the schedule event for the season to establish the initial team count and to get posted to applied teams page ~ ie. Fall 2023 (Schedule). Also note on the registration page you want to select the EPYSA Roster as your source roster. Players are approved and maintained through the EPYSA roster and should automatically be seen on your event roster.
Add or update your club fields in the venues section of GotSport. Please use a good address and/or GPS coordinates.
Verify new player documents and pictures. Verify coaches and risk management requirements. Pictures are to be headshots only. No other people in the picture. No hats, sunglasses or face coverings.
Everything is well documented in the GotSport Manual. If you experience issues or need help, email the league registrar or contact GotSport customer support.
PART 2 – Submission to League Registrar
Notify League registrar via email when teams are ready to be accepted. If possible include the Team Registration Fee Schedule as an attachment.
Mail check with the $100 team/insurance fee for each of your teams and any outstanding fines or fees by the deadline. No need to mail the fee schedule unless it is easier for you. You only have to list your club name in the memo on the check.
PART 3 – Roster Freeze and Game Changes (Deadline: Midnight the night of the 2nd Sunday of League Games)
Invoices: Primary players are $15 each and will be submitted with a Primary Player Fee Schedule and payment within two weeks after the roster freeze. This information can be extracted from GotSport or simply looking at each roster to count players marked as P. No need to mail the fee schedule unless it is easier for you. You only have to list your club name in the memo on the check.
Note: Fall players returning for spring will not be counted on the fee schedule.
Game Changes: Teams are only allowed to game changes. First change is no cost and the second change will cost $25.00 and should be submitted with the Primary Player Fee Schedule.
Payment must be made in one check for all the teams in your CLUB. Registration payment made out to NORCENPENN. Fee schedules and payment sent to the league registrar by the deadline on the NCP calendar.
